Shandong Chunrun Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully completed the completion and acceptance of the photovoltaic shed project in December. The project integrates parking+photovoltaic+energy storage, actively responding to the national green power development call, not only saving the power consumption in the plant area, but also participating in peak shaving and maintaining the stable operation of the power grid.

His project is undertaken by Jinan Active Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. The project covers 980 ㎡, the total installed capacity of PV is 229.4 kW, the daily power generation is 917 kWh, the annual power generation is 2622246 kWh, and the annual power cost can be saved by 171995 yuan. Spontaneous and self-use mode and residual power grid mode are adopted.
The construction of PV shed has multiple advantages. It can not only protect the sun and rain, but also produce green power through the PV panel laid on the top of the shed, which has both environmental and economic benefits. Its unique structure design not only ensures the parking safety of vehicles, but also effectively utilizes the plant space and improves the comprehensive utilization rate of land.

The advanced PV technology adopted in the Project ensures the high efficiency and stability of power output and provides solid energy guarantee for the sustainable development of the enterprise. In addition, the project is also integrated with intelligent energy storage system, further improving the flexibility and intelligent level of energy management.

In addition, household PV power generation system is also constructed in the Project, solar PV panels are arranged by making full use of open space resources, and small household energy storage is provided to realize local production and efficient utilization of clean energy. The power generated by the substation will be preferentially supplied to the air conditioning equipment of the office building for operation. While guaranteeing the comfortable office environment, it will greatly reduce the dependence on the traditional power grid and effectively reduce the carbon emission.

The household PV system and the main PV shed system complement each other, further expanding the application scope of green energy and realizing the maximum utilization of energy. Through this measure, not only the energy consumption cost of the office building is reduced, but also the carbon emission is significantly reduced, setting a good example for the green transformation of enterprises.
