1、 T4-72 centrifugal fan

Application: ventilation

T4-72 centrifugal fan is used for general ventilation. It can be used for indoor ventilation of general plants and large buildings, and the transmitted gas shall be air and other gases that are not self-igniting, harmless to human body and corrosive to steel materials. The gas shall be free of viscous substances, dust and hard particles not more than 150mg/m ³, and the gas temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.

2、Form: right-handed/left-handed

The fan can be made into right and left rotation. Looking from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called the right cyclone, and is represented by "right"; Rotating counterclockwise is called the left cyclone, which is indicated as "left".

Structural features

No.3-6 fan in T4-72 fan is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts with directly-coupled motor; No. 7-12 not only has the above parts, but also the transmission part, etc. The transmission part is composed of main shaft, bearing box, rolling bearing and belt pulley.

Application: HP forced ventilation

Type 9-19 and 9-26 centrifugal fans are generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation, and can be widely used for conveying materials, air and gases without corrosion, spontaneous combustion and viscous substances.

Structural form: single-suction type

The fan is of single-suction type. No. 4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2.

No.4-6.3 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, support, etc; No.7.1-16 is mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission set, etc.
